How to check last calls history in Jio?

Sometimes, we need the details of previously made calls on our mobile phone for business purposes or other reasons. If you want to know the Jio call history of the past 7, 15, or 30 days, there is a simple option available using the MyJio app installed on your mobile.

You can view or download these details as a statement and get the information on calls, data, and SMS from the last 180 days.

It’s helpful when you accidentally delete the call logs from your mobile phone.

How to Get Your Jio Call History Statement?

You can view or download the call history status with the MyJio app.

Open the MyJio app.
Tap on the menu icon in the bottom right corner of the app.
Select My Usage under the Explore Jio tab
you’ll see the usage of Data, calls, and SMS
Tap Calls option
Tap on the “Do you want to view previous usage statement” option
Select the period you want the call history details
Select the option you want the statement to E-mail, download, or just view

That’s it. If you just selected the option to view the last call details, select the ‘Usage Charges‘ option from the top menu. Then select the Voice option to get the call history details.

You can see all the information related to every voice call such as the date, time of call, duration, charge, etc.

If you choose the option to download, a PDF file of the statement will be downloaded to your mobile device. If you want to get the statement to your E-mail address, you can choose the E-mail statement option.

For those who just want the details in simple image format, you can simply take a screenshot and send the file Via WhatsApp.

Can I check the previous call history with USSD codes?

Currently, there is no option to check the last call history with USSD codes SMS methods. Jio has currently shut down all those options by providing the simple method Via their official MyJio app.

Earlier, there were USSD codes, or a 3-digit number where you can call to get the last call details in a message form. But that feature is now not available with the Jio. Because a hell lot of users are now using mobile smartphones where they can install their all-in-one application.

But as many changes have come in mobile technology, especially mobile apps are available for each service provider, access to those details is easy with the application.

For example, with the MyJio app, we can get everything about our mobile usage like call history, data usage, recharge history, and many more. Like that, we can get all the services that are provided by Jio such as Jio Fiber, product details, etc. Other mobile networks now have apps like this.
