To fix the issue, it’s better to close the application completely. Then wait for one or two minutes to automatically flush the cache from the web browser.

Then open the browser and use the same window to log in to your account.

Pro TIP:- Do try to log in on two computers or PCs at the same time.

Fill in the right captcha

It’s mandatory to fill in the captcha letters after filling in your user ID and password. Carefully enter your login ID and password in the box provided. Then enter the captcha that is visible just below. It’s case-sensitive.

This means that you should enter the captcha letters or digits as it seems. Small letters and capital letters in the same format.
